Learn 2 versatile knots and lashing that can help one to fasten sticks to one another, providing a place for a tarp creating an A-frame shelter.

Students will have the opportunity to Play and decorate their shelters, and will be encouraged to think of how they would safety and effectively set up a long term survival site. Focus will be placed on the three main sites, shelter and fire, food, and toileting.

To finish off the experience students will learn how to correctly untie and wrap a rope and how to fold and bind a tarp for travel.
